Prices & Availability

• Available year-round (except Christmas)

• Saturday–Saturday stays: £400 per week

• Bedding, towels, gas, electricity & WiFi included

• 20% deposit required at time of booking (£80)

Payment Terms

• £80 deposit required within 7 days to confirm booking

• Confirmation sent by email with remaining balance details

• Balance is due at least 2 weeks before arrival

• If booking is within 3 weeks of arrival, full payment is due at booking

Pets

• Pets are not permitted

Cancellation

• Deposit is non-refundable

• If you cancel and the booking cannot be re-let, full payment may still be due

• If successfully re-let, you will not be liable for the balance (or it will be refunded if already paid)

Non-Availability

• If accommodation becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control:

  • Alternative accommodation will be offered where possible

  • If unsuitable or unavailable, a full refund will be issued

  • Liability is limited to refund of monies paid

Arrival & Departure

• Arrival from 2pm (unless otherwise arranged)

• Departure by 11am (unless otherwise arranged)

• Please leave the accommodation as clean as possible

Liability & Damages

• Guests are responsible for any breakages or damage

• Please report issues promptly

• Minor breakages are not usually charged

• Significant damage may result in an invoice

Data

• Booking data may be stored electronically
